We have a zero tolerance policy regarding sexual advances or inappropriate behavior during your visit to Holiday. If inappropriate behavior occurs you will be asked to leave and will no longer be welcome at our facility. 

For treatments and services, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. No shows and late cancels for all treatments/services will be charged the full price of the treatment.
