CANCELATION POLICY

For all treatments, services and bathhouse reservations we require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. The full service price will be charged for cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours or less of appointment time. Half of the service price will be charged if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

BATHHOUSE POLICIES

In order to provide a safe, restful and pleasurable experience we ask you to read and review our strict policies. If you do not abide by the house rules you may be asked to leave and will not refunded.

MINORS:
Must be 18 and older. Photo ID required for check in.

ATTIRE:
Suits optional. Although the bathhouse is private for your group, there is a hallway leading to treatment rooms that has some transparency. Please dress to your comfort level. Swimsuits available for purchase. We do not supply sandals.

SHOWERS:
In house shower required before entering the bath house. Wash away any dirt, grime, perfumes or lotions. Showering is included in your reservation time, please plan accordingly. No outside beauty products allowed in the bathhouse, locker rooms only. 

CELL PHONES:
Cell phones must be silenced.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. No glass in bathhouse area. We supply filtered water for your reservation.

NOISE:
Conversation is to be kept at a low and respectful volume. Please call to inquire about times where noise level is not an issue.

BEHAVIOR:
Inappropriate behavior or harassment of any type will have you immediately removed from the facility. 

INTOXICATION/SMOKING:
If you are under the influence you will be denied admittance. No smoking or vaping on the premises.
