CANCELlATION POLICY:

For all treatments, services and bathhouse/Soak & Sauna reservations we require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. The full service price will be charged for cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours or less of appointment time. Half of the service price will be charged if the appointment is canceLed within 24 hours of the appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes or more past your appointment time for services will be considered a no-show as the provider will not have enough time to complete the service.

BATHHOUSE POLICIES:

In order to provide a safe, restful and pleasurable experience we ask you to read and respect our strict policies. If you do not abide by the house rules you may be asked to leave and will not be refunded.

MINORS:
Must be 18 and older. Photo ID required for check in.

ATTIRE:
Although the bathhouse is private for your group, there is a hallway leading to treatment rooms that has some transparency. Please dress to your comfort level. Swimsuits available for purchase. We do not supply sandals.

SHOWERS:
AN In-house shower IS required before entering the bath house. Wash away any dirt, grime, perfumes or lotions. Showering is included in your reservation time, please plan accordingly. No outside beauty products ARE allowed in the bathhouse, PLEASE USE THOSE IN THE locker rooms only. 

CELL PHONES:
Cell phones must be silenced.

FOOD & DRINK:
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. No glass in bathhouse area. We supply filtered water for your reservation.

NOISE:
Conversation is to be kept at a low and respectful volume. Please call to inquire about times where noise level is not an issue.

BEHAVIOR:
Inappropriate behavior or harassment of any type will result in you immediately being removed from the facility. 

INTOXICATION/SMOKING:
If you are under the influence you will be denied admittance. No smoking or vaping on the premises.

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding sexual advances or inappropriate behavior during your visit to Holiday. If inappropriate behavior occurs you will be asked to leave and will no longer be welcome at our facility.
