Our Bathhouse is a spacious room featuring a Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus steam room, 104°F saltwater soaking pool, cold plunge shower, and locker rooms. It’s rented by the hour for private use and can accommodate 1 to 10 guests.
The Soak & Sauna room is a separate and smaller, private space for 1 person or a couple. It includes a whirlpool soaking tub, Far infrared sauna, tile shower, and cedar flooring, with dim lighting, custom soaking salts, and your choice of music. No swimwear is needed, as the space is completely private. This room is also booked by the hour.
We offer a 15% discount when you add the Soak & Sauna to a massage or facial service.

The Bathhouse is private in the sense that it is reserved exclusively for you and your group during your booking. No other guests will be in the space. However, the wall separating the Bathhouse from the hallway leading to treatments is partially made of breeze blocks, which allow for some transparency.

Groups of 5 or more can book the Bathhouse after business hours (6:00–7:00 PM) or anytime on Sundays.

In Tennessee, individuals must be at least 18 years old to receive massage therapy services as well as use our Bathhouse or Soak & Sauna rooms.
For facial services, we require guests to be a minimum or 16 years of age.

All of our hairstylists are independent contractors, so appointments must be booked directly with them. Visit our Hair page for their individual contact information.

We are inside the Highland Yards building in East Nashville, near the Douglas Ave and Ellington Pkwy intersection. We share the building with Kisser, Flora and Fauna, and others. While we do not have a storefront, you can enter through the double glass doors at the front, side, or back of the building. Once inside, look for our red neon "Holiday" sign. We’re located right next to the restrooms.

Yes, our building has a large shared parking lot that is free. Parking is usually available, but we recommend planning ahead in case you need to wait for a spot to open.

Yes. We are located next to the train tracks, so you may hear a train during your visit. While this hasn’t been a major issue for us or our guests, we want to give you a heads-up!
