Originally from Oakdale, CA Mersedes discovered her passion in the Spa industry in 2012. She has experience owning and operating facial business as a skin therapist, teaching at Paul Mitchell schools , helping open a massage school and running her own massage business since 2019 before relocating to Nashville ,TN. Massage therapy has been her greatest passion as a provider for hands-on services.

PRENATAL MASSAGE - Must be 12 weeks + to receive massage services.
With calm music, warm towels on the feet, essential oils, and all the cozy pillows, I will facilitate relaxation and ease the stress and pains that come with being a mamma to be! I also encourage any mamma to receive massage in the months after giving birth to help restore the body and ease the stresses that come with this new phase of life.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE W/ CUPPING THERAPY :
This is a great massage if you are sore and feeling pain all over. The session focuses on manual pressure and stretching of your fascia to loosen up those restricted areas that are sore and tender.  Along with cupping, an ancient form of alternative medicine where cups are put directly on the skin to create suction and glided across different areas to help break up adhesions in the fascia, lift the layers of tissue, and stimulate the body’s natural healing systems.
