I find myself grounded in my purpose through connecting and creating with others. I show up full of compassion to empower others to feel at home in their healthy glowing skin. This passion of mine has stemmed from my upbringing, my own struggles with acne, and my experience guiding others through yoga and reiki practices encouraging the flow of energy throughout the body. I found myself thinking, “Why not bring that out in skin care as well?”
I was motivated to continue learning how I could share this inspiration, and soon graduated from the Aveda Institute of Nashville and have continued to further my education in a variety of facial massage techniques. My approach to skin is based around intentional and holistic healing to enhance each individual’s light within, and my promise to you is to always be a student in my career and in life.

Holding a space for you to find peace in your self-care and self-love is my dream and I would love for you to be the biggest part of it.

The express skin refresh. This facial provides cleansing and masking to target your skin concerns. This service is perfect for your skincare routine and is perfect for add ons. 

Custom Facial
This Facial is individualized based on your needs. Deep cleansing, exfoliation, and  facial massage to help heal and soothe even the most sensitive of skin types while helping to relax the facial muscles. Together we will build a skin care routine that is curated to meet your skin goals in a space and time carved out just for you.

Holiday 75 (75 minutes)
A Holiday signature facial that encourages healing and rejuvenation. It is a combination of a facial and neck massage/lymphatic drainage, manual exfoliation, gentle extractions, plus Celluma LED Light therapy. Masks and serums by Marie Veronique Skincare will be chosen to best suit your concerns whether  that be texture, clarity, acne, fine lines, elasticity, and pigmentation. Skin is plump, toned, and hydrated for a luminous complexion. The Holiday 75 is highly recommended for first time clients and is suitable for all skin types. 

Sculpting + Buccal Massage (75 minutes)
Sculpting + Buccal facial exists to achieve a radiant and natural lift for your skin from the inside out by working with the muscles, bones, and connective tissue of the face by way of  hands on massage techniques. Based on an assessment of your skin I will choose the best technique/combination specific to your needs to tone/release the muscles and reduce facial lines/puffiness. This facial begins with hands on massage from the decollete up, followed by Gua Sha, an ancient Chinese technique designed to tone and release tension of the facial muscles while boosting blood circulation, lastly intra-oral/buccal massage is performed to manually tone, activate the muscles deeply, release tension in the jaw/TMJ, and drain lymph fluid. 

*Note: Not for anyone experiencing serious lymphatic swelling, any heart conditions, cystic/inflammatory acne, oral infections, open wounds, wait 2 weeks post botox/4 weeks post filler.

Dermaplane + Chemical Peel
The exfoliating benefits of dermaplaning with the customized benefits of a chemical peel. Whether you are looking for support with pigment control, fine lines, regenerating damaged/dull skin, or reducing congestion, I will choose a peel based on your needs. While these peels are considered light and non-invasive, you may experience mild to moderate peeling/flaking. Clients will see full benefits 7-10 days after a treatment, skin is more smooth, plump, & hydrated.

Reiki
Reiki supports healing through the use of gentle touch to deliver universal healing energy to your body and chakras (energy centers) to improve the flow and balance of your personal energy to relieve stress, anxiety, and overall promote balance.

Dermaplane  
One of the most effective, dermatologist-supported solutions to counteract dull skin . This service promotes deeper product penetration and boosts the effect of at-home and professional treatments through physical exfoliation to remove dead skin and vellus hair, leaving smooth and bright results. Dermaplane can also be added on to any facial.
*Note: not for anyone struggling with flaring rosacea, active acne or inflammatory skin conditions. 

Brow Henna
Brow henna is similar to brow tinting, however henna stains the skin while staining the hair, resulting in a longer lasting tint! Skin tint can last between 2-4 weeks and brow tint 4-6 weeks, both depending on your skin and hair. *Note: brows should not get wet within the first 24 hours. That said, you can pair this service with lamination, however it must be at least 48 hours after lamination. 

Brow Lamination
Lamination is a keratin treatment that is applied to brows to condition and enhance your brows to appear thicker, and more full. The results are very bold! Lasts for 6-8 weeks. (Note: Recommended to pair this service with a brow tint and shaping.) 

Lash Lift
Lash lifts are chemical treatments that enhance natural lashes, making them appear longer and more full. The treatment breaks down the bonds in your lash follicles and restructures them, causing them to lift, curl and separate. The treatment lasts for 6-8 weeks.  (Note: Recommended to pair this service with a lash tint.)

Sugaring
Sugaring is an ancient method of hair removal made up of sugar, lemon, and water with a soft warm “honey-like” texture. It is unique in the way you apply the sugar in the opposite direction of hair growth and remove hair in the direction that it grows. This technique removes hair effectively from the root while encouraging slow hair growth overall giving you smoother skin longer and less ingrown hairs.
Before sugaring:
- Hair should be at least the length of a grain of rice. 
After sugaring 
- Avoid tight clothing, exercise, friction, and swimming for 24-48 hours.
- After 48 hours exfoliate the surface area up to 3-4 times a week and keep moisturized daily.

Extended bikini Sugaring
Extended bikini sugaring, not quite a Brazilian but more than a bikini. We can discuss exactly what you are wanting to achieve.
